1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Indian Lingua. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “Student”), and Indian Lingua (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the indianlingua.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”) and our educational services.

By booking a course, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Our Services

Indian Lingua provides online and in-person Hindi language courses, including immersive homestay programs in India. All services are provided subject to the terms outlined herein.

3. Course Registration and Payment

All course bookings are processed through our secure booking platform (indianlinguabooking.in). Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in a course or homestay program. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on the booking platform. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email which serves as proof of your registration.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation by the Student:

• More than 30 days before the course start date: You will receive an 80% refund of the total course fee. The remaining 20% is retained to cover administrative and processing costs.
• Between 15 and 30 days before the course start date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total course fee.
• Less than 15 days before the course start date: No refund will be issued.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@indianlingua.com. The date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written notice. Any payment processing fees incurred are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for students who fail to attend the course (no-show) or who leave a course before its completion.

Cancellation by Indian Lingua:

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be entitled to a full 100% refund of the course fee paid or the option to transfer your registration to another available course of equal value.

5. Student Conduct and Responsibilities

All Students:

All students are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards teachers, staff, fellow students, and host families. We reserve the right to remove any student from a course or homestay for disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior without any refund.

Homestay Students:

Students participating in the homestay program are guests in a private home and must respect the rules, customs, and property of the host family. Any damages to the host family's property caused by the student will be the student's financial responsibility. Indian Lingua is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings at the homestay location.

Online Students:

Students are responsible for having the necessary technology (stable internet connection, computer, microphone, webcam) to participate in online classes. No refunds will be given for classes missed due to the student's technical issues. Recording, sharing, or distributing any course materials or class sessions is strictly prohibited without our express written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and all course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, are the property of Indian Lingua and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Indian Lingua is not liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or damages sustained by the student while participating in our courses, excursions, or homestay programs, except where such injury or loss is a direct result of our gross negligence. Our total liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the student for the service in question.

8. Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Site and our services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the state of Rajasthan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Effective Date" of this document. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed.
